It's a large bathroom with beautiful granite countertops and two convenient sinks. Lots of privacy where this room is located!

This cozy room comes with its own bathroom, generous closet and access to laundry room located on the same floor. It is furnished with a contemporary bed and dresser. You will feel taken care of and private upstairs!

In North Tacoma, the house sits between 6th Avenue to the south and the Proctor District and waterfront to the north.

Leases run from 3 months to 1 year. For stays under 12 months, a monthly upcharge is added to the base rent.

Simple rules that keep the home clean, comfortable and safe for everyone.
This is the most popular question. The answer is it's quiet and clean. Residents have jobs and come home to eat, relax and sometimes socialize with others. Some relax in their bedroom. It's whatever works best for the person. People are very tidy (very!) and respectful of each other's schedules. There is quiet time from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Absolutely! Some people stay for the social aspect. During meals, you'll see people in the kitchen and dining room. Lasting friendships have been made inside the house. There are also people who do their own thing. It's whatever suits you.
Many people choose the house as a "first stop" so they have a stable place to "land," and then they explore the area deciding what to do next. You're also not staying in an Airbnb by yourself, which could be lonely. You have friendly people around you who can also be helpful as you learn about the area.
Working professionals. Past residents include traveling nurses, teachers, doctors, lawyers, graphic designers, airline pilots and military service members. In the past, it has been a higher percentage of female residents.
It's usually about 30 minutes, depending on traffic. A past resident in the US Army said they commuted to JBLM every morning in under 30 minutes. JBLM (Joint Base Lewis-McChord) is a large Army and Air Force base just south of Tacoma. It’s one of the biggest military bases in the country.
The communal areas are furnished. The kitchen has dishes, utensils and basic cooking items. The bedroom has a bed and dresser. Bedroom and bathroom can be decorated as you'd like. You will want to supply your own bedding and towels. If you're in need of an item, let Andrea know and she'll see what she can do.
Yes, it's for stays that are less than 12 months. Only if the lease is less than 12 months is there an upcharge applied to the Base Rent. See Rent & Lease Terms for the amounts.
No, the shortest lease is 3 months. Leases run from 3 months to 1 year.
